Hospitalist – Clinical Performance Registry (H-CPR) Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR)

We are dedicated to improving the quality of hospital-based care across the country by reporting and sharing performance and quality data. We believe that direct provider feedback on performance and quality indicators improves patient care.
