MedAmerica has a competitive benefits and compensation program. Compensation in addition to salary may include merit raises, bonuses, and recognition awards. Our benefits are very competitive with many of the large companies in the Bay Area, yet MedAmerica offers an additional benefit they can’t provide: a small company feel.
