Consulting Services
Your practice can benefit from the wealth of expertise available through MedAmerica’s value-added consulting services. We have expertise across a wide range of healthcare and practice management issues.
For example, we’ve performed low-volume emergency department assessments, large practice operational assessments, as well as multi-hospital consulting projects. Customized programs have addressed bill processing time and capture of charges, co-pay collections, registration accuracy, operational efficiency, team-building, and short- and long-term strategic planning goals.
The result?
MedAmerica consulting program recommendations have led to significant bottom-line improvements. They also raise satisfaction levels among practice personnel—and patients, too.
Our team is committed to understanding your needs and exceeding your expectations. We’ve included just a few of our team members below. In addition, many of our physician clients are also available for consultations in their areas of expertise.
