together MedAmerica experts from every area and provide an efficient, “one-stop shopping” approach for the

A Business Operations Manager is assigned to each contract site and provides additional management and
analytical support for the Medical Directors. This day-to-day business management support assists in

practice environment by performing a comprehensive Operations Assessment, developing a plan of action, and
working with the Medical Director to implement recommendations. Business Operations Managers can also
facilitate interdisciplinary teams meetings such as Patient Satisfaction workgroups and Strategic Staff
Retreats, provide Customer Service training, assist in orienting new providers and monitor the performance
of the contract. This customized support has the advantage of tailoring recommendations to address the
