What should I do if a position I'm interested in is not listed?
Please submit your resume by applying at CEP America's job board. Under job type, please select "Corporate" for MedAmerica positions and other corporate positions with CEP America and its subsidiaries. Select "Future Opportunities" under location. We will keep your resume on file for future opportunities.

How often do you update job listings on your site?
Job opportunities are posted as soon as they open and are taken off the website as soon as the position is filled.

How long after submitting a resume can I expect to hear from a recruiter?
After we review the submitted resumes, a recruiter will contact you if your skills and experience best match the requirements of a current job opportunity. Otherwise your resume will remain in our system to be considered for future positions.

What should I keep in mind when preparing for an interview?
Depending on the position you are applying for, you may meet with more than one person during your initial meeting or you may be asked to be available for additional interviews. You may be meeting with a representative from HR, the hiring manager, team leaders, and/or colleagues in similar roles.

Do you have a training program for new hires?
During your first three months you will attend a new hire company orientation, select your benefits, learn about the company, and set goals with your manager. You also will have the option to participate in our Buddy Program, which allows new hires to be matched with a current MedAmerica employee. This is an excellent way for new hires to meet people outside their department and have a resource to go to when they have questions.
