401(k)

Offering one of the most competitive 401(k) plans in the industry, MedAmerica provides a guaranteed match of $1.20 per $1.00 of the first 6% of the employee’s salary deferral contribution with 100% immediate vesting when the match is deposited.

Profit Sharing

We offer a discretionary profit sharing contribution of up to 4% gross salary (for employees with 18 months of service as of the beginning of the plan year).

Life Insurance

Each medical insurance plans comes with a 50K life insurance policy.

Long Term Disability (LTD)

The LTD Plan is offered to full-time employees at no cost. The plan provides taxable LTD benefits after 60 days of disability at 60% of base salary up to a maximum of $3,750 per month. Employees whose monthly salary is over $6,250 may purchase additional coverage. LTD benefits are integrated with California State Disability Insurance.
