And the survey says...
Results of MAFS survey
Last August, MedAmerica Financial Services surveyed the physicians,
physicians assistants, and employees of CEP, EMA, EPMG, EPIC,
MedAmerica, and Fusion to see how they felt about the services
of MedAmerica Financial Services, and to a lesser extent,
the services of Blue Cross and Schwab. To sum up the survey
that 732 individuals completed (49% of the total sent), MFSI
and Schwab both received very high marks but Blue Cross
service could stand improvement.
We were very pleased to see your responses on MedAmerica Financial
Services and we are always working to improve our service
to you!

(after payroll date) could be faster.

packets are just right.

The biggest negative comment that we received is the high
expense of health insurance.
While we are doing everything we can to stabilize rates, rising
health insurance is a national trend and not easily solved.
Medical Savings Accounts will hopefully help
Many of you (more than 35%) also expressed additional information
be provided on 529 Education Programs and Medical Savings
Account. We hope to provide articles on these products via
this newsletter and via our website in future months.
Wed like to thank all of you who responded to the survey
and we do appreciate the many compliments. We also appreciate
the negative comments because we hope to
eliminate those in the next year. If you remember, as part
of the survey, we were giving away $200 gift certificates
to Marriott Hotels and Resorts. The winners were:
Alan Miller, MD Randolph, NJ
Lisa Bornmann, PAC Laguna Beach, CA
Deborah Cole Corona, CA
We will send out another survey in August and look forward
to your comments at that time.
