Annual Achievement Awards
Each December, several individual Special Achievement Winners and Teams of the Year are honored for exceptional job performance.
Anniversary Awards
Employment anniversaries are important events at MedAmerica. Upon a significant anniversary (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 years), you may select a gift and your achievement is announced during our all-staff meetings.
Value Votes
This is a way to recognize a co-worker for outstanding work.
Spot Bonus
A spot bonus rewards an employee for exceptional performance or for contributing to the company’s well-being.
Referral Bonus
Current employees have referred some of MedAmerica’s best hires. To encourage employee referral of qualified job applicants, those making successful referrals are rewarded with a cash award as follows:
- $1,000 (gross) – for the hire of an exempt employee
- $500 (gross) – for the hire of a non-exempt employee
